DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  1. How is my order shipped?

We have partnered with reputed courier companies, and orders are shipped door to door through logistic partners.

  1. What is the shipping cost for domestic shipment?

We offer free shipment services within India.

  1. What is the shipping cost for International shipment?

The standard shipping charges for international shipments is INR 2000 irrespective of invoice value and quantity of the order, unless an additional shipping charge is specifically communicated to you.

  1. What is the standard order delivery time?

In a usual scenario, we ship the order within 2-3 Days from order confirmation date. Once the order is shipped, it usually gets delivered to the customer within 6 to 7 working days.

  1. Do You Offer Express Shipping?

Yes, but there may be an additional cost to meet the urgent delivery requirement which need to be paid by the customer. It is to be noted that the super express shipping can only be serviced to selected pin codes and is only available for pre-paid order.

  1. How can I modify my shipping address?

In case of modification in shipping address, kindly mail us within 2 hours of order placement. The modification in shipping address cannot be done once the order is processed for shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND

Order can only be cancelled before the shipment process is initiated. Please contact us within 2 hours of order placement for cancellation.

  1. How do you refund the amount in case of cancellation or return?

All refunds are processed through online payment platforms. In case of Cash-on-delivery order, you need to share the bank details in which the refund need to be processed. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for the detailed process.

  1. Is there an extra charge for return shipment in case of return?

Yes. Return shipping charges of INR 250 will be applicable for all returns or exchange of domestic shipments, irrespective of free shipping or paid shipping service condition while placing the order. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for the detailed process.
