Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

1. We offer free shipment services within India.
2. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies and ship to most of the locations in India.
3. In rare case, where the pin code is not serviceable by our logistic partners, we will ship your order through India Post. This option is possible only in case of pre-paid order.
4. In a usual scenario, we ship the order within 2-3 Days from order confirmation date.
5. Once the order is shipped, it usually gets delivered to the customer within 6 to 7 working days.
6. Super urgent Delivery - We understand that there can be situation where our customer requires urgent delivery of the product. In such case, we request you to connect us for express courier service. We will offer the most appropriate and effective solution. There may be an additional cost to meet the urgent delivery requirement which need to be paid by the customer. It is to be noted that the super urgent delivery requirement can only be serviced to selected pin codes and is only available for pre-paid order.
7. In case of cash on delivery mode, the order will be dispatched post confirmation from customer. In case of no response from customer, the order will be cancelled at the end of third day from the first attempt of confirmation call.
8. In case we are not able to deliver product due to customer unavailability or specific reason at customer end, we will make second attempt to deliver the product.
9. In case of unsuccessful delivery in second attempt, the shipment will be routed back to the warehouse. In case of pre-paid order, amount will be refunded post deduction of INR 250 as return shipping charges.

International Shipments (Outside India)

1. The shipping charges for international shipments is basis location and weight of the product.
2. Any custom charges and other local taxes depending upon the policies of destination country have to be borne by the customer.
3. Once the order is shipped, it usually gets delivered to the customer within 7 to 10 working days unless a delayed delivery is specifically communicated to you.

Modification in shipping address (Domestic and International)

1. Delivery will be done only to the address mentioned by customer while placing the order. In case of modification in shipping address, kindly mail us within 2 hours of order placement. The modification in delivery address cannot be done once the order is processed for shipping.

Delay in shipping

1. Since all our products are handmade, there may be delay in shipping of order. In such case, we will inform the expected shipping date to you. In case, if you wish to cancel the order on account of expected delay deliveries, we will refund the entire amount for pre-paid order.
2. In case of delay in dispatch of product beyond 2 weeks due to reasons outside our control, we will contact customer to get the confirmation for continuation of order. The full amount without any deduction will be refunded in case customer opts for cancellation of order due to delay in dispatch.
